TechQuartier Opens Applications for TQ Accelerator: Digital Finance

Frankfurt am Main, February 27, 2025 – TechQuartier (TQ), Germany’s FinTech Innovation Hub, announces that applications are now open for the 2025 cohort of the TQ Accelerator: Digital Finance. This intensive, seven-week cost-free program, scheduled from May 19 to July 3, 2025, is designed to bridge the gap between innovative startups and established corporates in the financial sector, fostering collaboration and driving the future of digital finance.

Program Highlights:

• Application Deadline: April 13, 2025

• Program Dates: May 19 – July 3, 2025

• Location: Frankfurt am Main and virtually - four in-person weeks and three virtual weeks.

• Eligibility: Seed to Series A and beyond startups with 10 or more members that are located across Europe and focus on digital finance solutions.

Why Apply?

The selected 15 startups will benefit from:

• Networking: The Accelerator includes several networking events ranging from an investor dinner to public trend events. A startup safari will bring founders directly to the offices of Frankfurt’s finance leaders.
  
  

• Location in Frankfurt: TechQuartier sits in the heart of Europe's Financial Center with BaFin, the Deutsche Bundesbank, the European Central Bank (ECB), newly established AMLA and about 280 other financial institutions. The Accelerator will include experts from this community.
  
  

• Expert-Led Knowledge Exchange: Attend masterclasses and roundtables covering critical topics like regulation, data aggregation, cybersecurity, and AI. Startups will learn from other founders, experts and mentors who are excited to share their knowledge of the startup and financial landscapes.

- Teylor AG acquired financing platform creditshelf.

- Lingua Custodia was one of the four startups named as a winner of EuroHPC’s Large AI Grand Challenge.

- 21X secured a historic EU license to launch the first fully regulated blockchain-based trading venue

- Tapline – they raised €20 million in its pre-Series A round. 

- PACEUPinvest® GmbH – Was recognized at the FinTech Germany Award for its work to improve financial literacy and wealth building with its holistic platform using AI and humans as co-pilots.

TechQuartier startet die Bewerbungsphase für den TQ Accelerator: Digital Finance 2025 

 Frankfurt am Main, 27. Februar 2025 – TechQuartier (TQ), Deutschlands FinTech Innovation Hub, gibt bekannt, dass die Bewerbungsphase für den TQ Accelerator: Digital Finance 2025 ab sofort geöffnet ist. Das kostenfreie, siebenwöchige Programm findet vom 19. Mai bis zum 03. Juli 2025 statt. Das Programm fördert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen innovativen Startups und etablierten Unternehmen aus dem Finanzsektor, um gemeinsam zukunftsorientierte Lösungen im digitalen Finanzwesen zu entwickeln. 

Programm Eckdaten: 

·      Bewerbungsfristende: 13. April 2025

·      Programm Daten: 19. Mai – 03. Juli 2025

·      Location: Frankfurt am Main und virtuell, vier Wochen vor Ort und drei Wochen virtuell.

·      Voraussetzung: Start-ups von Seed bis Series A und darüber hinaus, mit zehn oder mehr Mitarbeiter:innen, die ihren Sitz in Europa haben und sich auf digitale Lösungen im Finanzsektor konzentrieren

·      Networking: Der Accelerator beinhaltet verschiedene Networking-Events sowie ein Investoren Dinner.  

·      Vor Ort in Frankfurt: Mit der BaFin, der Deutschen Bundesbank, der Europäischen Zentralbank, der AMLA und 280 weiteren Finanzinstitutionen, befindet sich das TechQuartier im Herzen des europäischen Finanzzentrums. Experten aus der Community werden Teil des Accelerators sein. 

·      Wissensaustausch mit Experten: Das Accelerator-Programm bietet Masterclasses und Roundtables zu wichtigen Themen wie Regulierung, Datenaggregation, Cybersicherheit und KI an.
