Growth Alliance

The Growth Alliance is a joint initiative by Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank and TechQuartier on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. For seven years, the program has been part of our innovation ecosystem, supporting founders in developing sustainable, future-ready solutions for agriculture and the food system.

Through tailored programs and strong partnerships across business, science, and policy, we support startups from the first idea through to scaling. Each year, the Growth Alliance offers three consecutive programs: the Idea Camp, Bootcamp, and Accelerator. Together, they provide founders with the right support at every stage of their journey.

In spring, we also bring the ecosystem together at GANS, the Growth Alliance Networking Summit, Germany’s largest AgriFood summit. The event connects startups with leading companies, investors, researchers, experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and shape the future of the sector.

By bringing together key players from across the AgriFood ecosystem, the Growth Alliance fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and gives founders access to expertise, mentoring, networks, and funding opportunities. More than 300 startups have already participated in one of our programs, turning promising ideas into real-world solutions and scalable impact.

We believe startups play a vital role in addressing the challenges facing agriculture and the food industry today and in creating a more sustainable and resilient future.
