Open Positions
Your first weeks
at TechQuartier
Getting to know a new team takes time. That’s why we encourage questions, open conversations, and regular exchange from day one. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect, share ideas, and discover what makes the TechQuartier community special.
Week 1
Welcome & connect
Starting somewhere new is easier when you have someone by your side. From day one, your onboarding buddy will be your go-to person for questions and helpful tips. You’ll get your first insights into TechQuartier, our culture, and the way we work. Together with your manager, you’ll also go through your individual onboarding plan to understand your role, responsibilities, and first steps.
Week 2
Explore & get involved
Now it’s time to dive a little deeper. You’ll gain a better understanding of how TechQuartier’s different activities and projects connect, and how we work with startups, corporates, and other players in the innovation ecosystem. As you get your first tasks, begin connecting with people outside your immediate team and continue building relationships through coffee chats with colleagues.
Week 3-4
Find your focus
As you settle into your role, you and your manager will discuss your first goals, define milestones, and agree on priorities for the weeks ahead. You’ll also have the opportunity to share your first impressions, exchange feedback, and talk about any questions or support you need. Step by step, you’ll gain confidence, take ownership, and find your own way of making an impact at TQ.
