TechQuartier is excited to announce a new partnership with INNOPAY, a business of Oliver Wyman, effective January 1, 2026.

As the first partner to join the TechQuartier ecosystem in the new year, INNOPAY strengthens our community with deep expertise in payments, open finance, digital identity, and data sharing.

INNOPAY, originally a longstanding member of the TechQuartier community, joined Oliver Wyman after the global management consultancy firm completed its acquisition in 2024. Becoming an official TechQuartier partner marks a true full-circle moment for INNOPAY — returning not just as a community member but now as a strategic partner committed to shaping the future of digital transactions.

This next step reflects INNOPAY’s continued dedication to fostering innovation in financial services in Frankfurt and Europe.

With offices in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, INNOPAY supports a wide range of financial institutions operating across the payments value chain, including banks, acquirers, processors, schemes, merchants, and regulators in navigating the dynamic payments landscape. Their work spans product strategy and development, scheme development, technology innovation, and regulatory compliance support, offering end-to-end project execution support to clients operating across Europe.

This partnership will enable new opportunities for collaboration across the FinTech and Frankfurt Finance Center, including payment innovation formats, thought leadership initiatives for topics such as Financial Data access (FiDA), and community engagement within TechQuartier’s diverse network.

TechQuartier’s partners include ING, EintrachtTech, Helaba, neosfer, Deutsche Bank, Cisco, KPMG, Rentenbank, DZ Bank, Visa, EY, Assekurata, GFT, Swift, Baker McKenzie Germany, VR Payment, Deka, Commerzbank, Deloitte, ALH Gruppe and Critical Software.

Mounaim Cortet, Vice President Innopay
“We are thrilled to deepen our engagement with the broader FinTech community in Frankfurt through this partnership. Our goal is to actively foster meaningful dialogue between established industry leaders and emerging innovators within the financial ecosystem. In particular, we look forward to supporting the community navigating through strategic topics like stablecoins, embedded finance, agentic AI, the Financial Data access (FiDA) regulation and others, contributing to the shaping of the future of financial services.”

Alice Rettig, Managing Director TechQuartier
“We are happy to welcome INNOPAY as our first new partner of 2026 at TechQuartier. This partnership reflects true community momentum: INNOPAY emerged from our network, understands our strengths, and now returns as a strategic partner to jointly drive new projects, events, and collaboration formats. For our more than 700 startups, corporates, and partners, this opens valuable new opportunities in payment innovation stemming from Frankfurt Financial Center.”
