Community Member of the Month: Eldar Rakhmatullaev from Qemie

Meet Eldar Rakhmatullaev, founder and CEO of Qemie, an AI automation agency and workshop organizer. Eldar is also the driving force behind Frankfurt Data Science, Hessen’s largest community for data scientists and AI enthusiasts.

When asked why he joined TechQuartier, Eldar doesn’t hesitate: “It’s not just a coworking space. TechQuartier is authentic — it’s a community, an innovation hub, and an amazing team. I’ve learned so much here, met incredible people to collaborate with, and always stay on the edge of the latest tech developments.”

At Qemie, Eldar and his team are currently rolling out a new series of workshops on AI and automation, designed to help businesses integrate artificial intelligence into their daily processes. In parallel, they’re also preparing a video series that reviews popular AI tools and explores how powerful they can be for organizations of all sizes.

Content creation is one of Eldar’s passions. He loves producing video content, hosting live streams, and experimenting with new ways to merge technology with unexpected, imaginative ideas.
